Estimates and Payments:

Estimates provided are based on the information available at the time and may be subject to change if additional work or materials are required.

A deposit may be required before work commences, with the balance due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Payments must be made promptly as outlined in the invoice.

Client Responsibilities:

Clients must ensure the work area is accessible and free from obstructions.

Personal items, valuables, and fragile belongings should be removed prior to the start of work.

Jays Painting is not liable for damage to items left in the work area.

Warranties and Limitations:

We warrant that our services will be performed with reasonable skill and care.

Normal wear and tear, misuse, neglect, or external factors (e.g., weather, water damage, structural issues) are not covered by this warranty.

Color variations due to lighting, substrate differences, or manufacturer inconsistencies are not considered defects.

Cancellations and Rescheduling:

Clients must provide at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Deposits may be non-refundable if cancellation occurs without adequate notice.

Liability:

Jays Painting is insured and takes all necessary precautions to protect your property.

However, we are not responsible for damages beyond our reasonable control, including unforeseen structural issues, pre-existing damage, or third-party actions.

Intellectual Property:

All content on our website, including text, images, and logos, is the property of Jays Painting and may not be used without permission.

Governing Law:

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada/Calgary. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the local courts.
